Email support@sprntr.app for anything — a bug, a billing question, feedback on the program, or help getting set up. It reaches a real person, and we aim to reply within two business days. Telling us your iOS version and device model helps us help you faster.
The first two weeks are free. Weeks 1 and 2 need no payment. Week 3 onward requires a subscription — $9.99/month or $49.99/year. During the launch window, founding subscribers get the first year of the annual plan for $29.99 (then $49.99/year); see the Terms for the details.
Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → sprntr, or in the app under Settings → Subscription. If you cancel, access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Restore a purchase (new phone, or a reinstall) by opening the paywall and tapping Restore. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it follows you to any device signed into the same account.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your workout history and progress live on your device and sync across your own devices through iCloud — sign in to the same Apple ID and your training follows you to a new phone. If something looks out of date, check that iCloud is on (iOS Settings → your name → iCloud) and that you're online.
To reset your progress, use Settings → Program → Reset program in the app. To remove your data entirely, delete the app. The Privacy policy has the full picture of what is and isn't stored.
A workout got interrupted — can I pick it back up? Yes. Reopen the app within two hours and Home offers to resume right where you left off.
Reminders aren't showing up. Notifications are opt-in. Turn them on in the app under Settings → Notifications, and confirm sprntr is allowed in iOS Settings → Notifications.
My sessions aren't in Apple Health. Grant permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → sprntr. Completed sessions are written as running workouts.
When do time trials unlock? At Week 13 — so you've built a real baseline before you test.
